I have seen a bunch of posts that mention the D'Vinci Forgiato Radurra wheels. These are clear polycarbonate wheels that cost about $2000 each. One problem, besides the gaudiness, is how these wheels will affect the cooling of brakes. Maybe using these wheels require ceramic brakes.
