I just found this Xterminator. This allows you to change the configuration of X11 in Mac OS X. The options are:
- Start X11 at login
- Start xterm when X11 starts
- Remove the Quit alert from X11
- Make X11 Dockless and Menuless
- Setup the DISPLAY variable for X11 use
